About
My name is Annemarie Fullem
I have over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist with specialty in manual therapy, sports injuries, scoliosis, pediatric, and pelvic health. I am originally from NYC and moved to Dunedin with my family in 2010. While at St. Jospeh's Children's Hospital in Tampa, I helped create the sports clinic as well as treating scoliosis patients. The last 8 years I was in the NICU setting and created a developmental follow up clinic for high-risk infants and provided classes for the community for infant massage. I recently became certified for pelvic floor therapy in obstetrics and saw a need to provide better care which is not focused on insurance but on the whole body and /or family unit. I am thrilled to start a private practice to treat the way I believe is most beneficial. Clients will receive my one-on-one attention throughout their session.

Services

Sports Injuries
As a runner myself, I know how hard it is to stop performing due to an injury. You will receive the care to recover and return with improved body mechanics for stronger, faster and improved endurance for your sport and daily lifestyle.
Preganacy and postnatal care
Pregnancy is not just a "condition", and you should not have to be in pain. Find relief with manual techniques, learn proper body mechanics, and focus on pelvic floor training. Prenatal activities will prepare for the birthing process and post-natal will focus on pelvic floor health in prevention of incontinence and organ prolapse.
Pelvic Floor and G.I
Get relief from pelvic floor pain, organ prolapse, urgency, incontinence, constipation & gas for men and women.
Scoliosis
All scoliosis should not be treated the same. I use the SEAS (Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis) as well as the Schroth Method
Shock Wave Therapy
Shock wave therapy is FDA approved and is a non-invasive treatment that stimulates the body's natural healing process. It can relieve pain and promote healing of injured tendons, ligaments and other soft tissue.
Developmental Therapy
If you have concerns about your baby meeting their developmental milestones, let me help take away that worry. I will teach you how to "play" with your child in a fun way so that you are bonding with them.
I will also take into consideration if you have needs such as s/p c-section w/ difficulties lifting, getting to floor etc.
